DictateNote processes all speech recognition entirely on your iPhone or iPad using Apple's on-device speech framework. No audio recordings or transcribed text are transmitted to any external server.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information, patient data, medical records, or usage analytics. The app does not contain any third-party tracking or advertising SDKs.
Microphone: Required for voice dictation. Audio is processed on-device only and is never recorded or stored.
Speech Recognition: Uses Apple's on-device speech recognition engine. Requires iOS 17 or later for on-device processing.
DictateNote does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app.
When you choose to email a completed report, the content is sent through your device's native mail client. DictateNote does not access your email account or contacts.
